Data are used exclusively to: (1) manage your membership, registrations and payments; (2) send confirmations and tax receipts; (3) send our newsletter (with your explicit consent, one-click unsubscribe); (4) operate the member area.
Legal basis
Contract execution (membership, ticketing), legal obligation (tax receipts French CGI art. 200 & 238 bis), explicit consent (newsletter), legitimate interest (association management).
Retention
Membership and donation data: 10 years (accounting and tax obligations). Newsletter: until unsubscription. Member area: lifetime of your account + 1 year. Contact messages: 3 years.
Recipients
Your data are never sold. They are shared only with strictly necessary technical processors: SumUp (payment), Brevo (emails), cloud host — all GDPR-compliant.

The site uses only strictly necessary cookies (session, language preference). No advertising cookies, no third-party analytics.
